Paul Ciampa has worked in the financial services industry for over three decades. His roles have spanned various product areas: including interest rates, commodities, equities, inflation, municipals, and credit products. Through his consulting firm, Abacus Decision Science, Paul works with institutional investment managers on identifying and analyzing key issues in the financial world. Paul also is a professor of finance at Boston College, teaching both graduates and undergraduates. Prior to consulting and teaching, Paul was a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Convexity Capital for eleven years. Paul is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Newman School in Boston and the Support Foundation Board of the Asian University for Women (Bangladesh). Paul has an Applied Math degree from Harvard and an MBA (with Distinction) from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
Kevin Harmon is a capital markets executive, entrepreneur and investor. He loves building businesses and teams, and is focused on helping emerging companies solve ambitious challenges. Kevin founded and was managing partner of Elvaston Capital Management LLC, a private credit and macro investment firm. Prior to that he led a variety of global capital markets and investment banking businesses for Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and MUFG. He began his finance career at Bankers Trust and was an early career co-founder of two businesses. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and an MBA in finance from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
